Creative Unfoldment

Collage of images of Kim Schaefer and pottery she has made. In one image, she is holding a vase on a tray, another she is smiling with a dog, another with a cat on her shoulders holding coffee mug.

We all contain an immense inner healing capacity that thrives on relational safety, loving containment and mindful presence for optimal function. It is my heartfelt desire to guide you back to your body’s unique wisdom.

More on how I work.

My approach

A ceramic pitcher with a gradient of brown and black colors, set against a plain, light background.

My healing framework is rooted in relationship, seamlessly bridging relational neuroscience with Eastern wisdom traditions. I work from a non-pathologizing, experiential lens to support your unique journey. As a meditation teacher and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, I have a lifelong curiosity about the nervous system and holistic healing. I draw upon years of study and experience to guide you toward true, embodied growth. Together, we will foster self-discovery using somatic tools like expressive arts, breathwork, and movement.
