Let’s work together.
I have limited availability for new weekly clients at this time.
For focused work on one or two big issues, consider a 21-hour intensive (3-4 hrs/session) for either couples or individuals.
Please fill out the form below and I will get back to you within a week.
Fees & POLICIES

If you must cancel, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance, or you will be charged the full price of your appointment fee.

My current fee is $200/50 min session; $300/80 minutes for psychotherapy.
Yoga lessons are $150/hr for individuals/dyads or $200/hr for groups of 10 or less.
I do not accept insurance. However, I am able to provide a superbill for possible insurance reimbursement.
I have limited sliding scale spots that are currently full.

I bill through a HIPAA secure application called IVY pay, which securely keeps your credit card information on file.
For yoga and meditation lessons, I accept credit card, Venmo, and cash.
faq
-
I occasionally accept new individual clients when I have space in my practice, and I do not keep a waitlist.
If you’re curious about working with me, please reach out and briefly let me know what inspired you to get in touch. If you’d like to work in a focused way on one issue, I can nearly always schedule one or more 3-5 hour intensive session(s).

A therapeutic intensive is brief, focused therapy where we target a sticky symptom in your life, like living with a harsh inner critic, a specific traumatic incident or a difficult life transition. Intensives can be done individually or as a couple. Intensive treatment usually consists of about 21 hours of therapy with longer, 3-5 hours sessions spaced-out over several months.
This model is often more supportive in making progress than weekly therapy as it creates a container for deeper focus and deeper work. Intensives can be conducted online or in person.
