ConsultationS

Often the clients most in need of treatment don’t respond to standard protocols, leaving them without the care they need. Most therapists aren’t trained in experiential modalities to support real change for these clients.

I care deeply about sharing the ins and outs of experiential methods to fellow clinicians and have been consulting since 2021.

In addition to offering individual/dyad consultation calls, I created a yearly training/consultation cohort called The Heart of Therapy. As a STAIR certified practitioner, I lean into an organized framework that supports an understanding of skills and ideas to utilize during therapy at any stage.

I help other practitioners to deepen their understanding of neuroscience-based approaches and experiential trauma-focused therapies.

I specialize in helping fellow clinicians expand their understanding of somatic work, Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD), and the importance of strategies for survival learned early in life, like dissociation.

Through working together, clinicians learn new ways to treat complex cases they may have previously turned away and expand their capacity to support their people.

phase 1 Logistics

  • Groups will consist of 4-6 certification track participants

  • Start time is estimated to be end of August or beginning of September 2026 resources

  • Phase 1 may be repeated as often as desired

STAIR Phase 1 Deliberate Practice Groups

My hope is to provide a supportive, judgement-free space for inquiry and learning during your STAIR certification journey. The work we do as therapists and coaches can be complex, depleting, and rewarding, sometimes in the same day. STAIR gives us a beautiful framework for watching our own minds as we ride the vicissitudes of our work. With the PONS framework, we stay in contact with our relationships with power, of-courseness (self-compassion), not-knowing, and self.

Deliberate Practice (DP) offers a focused, experiential way of strengthening our therapeutic skills by slowing down, practicing intentionally, and receiving supportive, specific feedback.

INVESTMENT

  • Investment is $100/session, totaling $1200

  • Limited sliding scale slots are available as low as $50/session, totaling $600

It is a gift to be able to work inside real clinical moments, tracking ourselves so we can have data points for increasing flexibility, presence, and effectiveness when we are in session with our people.

Once you have completed Level 3 STAIR training, you are warmly invited to join my DP Group. These groups are intentionally kept small (no more than six participants) to ensure plenty of time for practice with deep attunement, reflection, and care. During your certification journey, you are required to attend two 24-hour group phases. This fulfills the Phase 1 requirement.

RECORDings

  • Sessions are recorded to support asynchronous review or practice use

  • Recordings are deleted two weeks after phase 1 is complete

  • Live attendance at a minimum of 9 of the 12 sessions is required to move on to Phase 2
